Custom Orders Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom crystal bracelets, custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We understand that customization is a very personal process, and once the design is finalized and the product is made, it is tailored specifically for you. As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a quality issue.
We highly encourage you to review your design and customization choices carefully before finalizing your order. If you have any concerns or questions before placing your custom order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Return and Exchange Period
- Support Period: We support returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to contact us within this timeframe and provide relevant information.
- Late Returns: Returns will not be accepted after this period, and buyers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Therefore, we encourage you to check your items promptly upon receipt.
Refund Options

Full Refund: If you wish to receive a full refund, please return the item to us within the support period. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 working days, and it will be returned via the original payment method used at checkout.

Partial Refund: We highly recommend that you consider the partial refund option. In most cases, after discussing with the buyer, you can choose to receive a partial refund without having to return the item. This option is designed to save you time and shipping costs while better meeting your needs.

Important Product Notes
- Label Policy: Each bracelet will have a label stating “Torn labels are non-refundable.” If this label is torn upon return, part of the refund will be deducted. This policy helps protect the integrity of our products and their potential for resale.
- Natural Crystal Flaws: Due to the nature of natural crystals, they may have minor flaws, which are considered part of their inherent beauty and do not constitute quality issues. We have detailed this on the product page and included images of common flaws; therefore, requests for returns based on such issues will not be accepted.
- Gift Requirements: In addition to the crystal bracelet, we provide small gifts (such as beautiful gift boxes and packaging). These gifts must be returned with the items; otherwise, part of the refund will be deducted based on the circumstances.
Special Cases
- Malicious Damage: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if malicious damage to items is found. We expect all customers to engage in transactions with honesty.
- Order Discrepancies: If the item you received does not match your order (such as size or color), please contact us directly and provide relevant photos, and we will address the issue promptly.
