What if the bracelet doesn't fit after I receive it?
Please ensure to provide the correct wrist size when placing your order. We will adjust the bracelet length before shipping and include two extra beads as a gift. If the size is still not perfect, you can use the additional beads to adjust the length yourself following our tutorial.
What should I do after receiving the product?
Before wearing your bracelet, we recommend using the included Cleansing Stones. Simply place the bracelet with the stones in a bag overnight to refresh and enhance the crystal’s natural energy.
What if I want to give it as a gift?
We provide a beautiful gift box for free. By default, the bracelet won’t be placed inside. If you want it packaged in the box, leave a note when ordering, or you can do it yourself after receiving the package.
